Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products and regulations regarding the sale of research compounds, all sales are final and returns are prohibited.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order is shipped incorrectly or you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

What Qualifies for Replacement

• You received the wrong product or variant
• Your order arrived damaged or compromised
• Product does not meet stated purity specifications
• Package was lost in transit (after carrier confirms)

How to Request a Replacement

2. Include your order number and photos of any damage or incorrect items
3. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
4. If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no charge

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
