Processing Times

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible:

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed and paid before 12:00 PM PST (Monday-Friday) ship the same business day
  • Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST ship the following business day
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday
  • Holiday Orders: Orders placed on holidays are processed the next business day

Note: Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Packaging & Handling

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents.

Temperature Protection

Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with insulated packaging and ice packs when necessary to maintain product stability.

Secure Sealing

Products are sealed in airtight containers and cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order:

  • Through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • By logging into your account on our website
  • Directly on the carrier's website using your tracking number

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to the following:

  • P.O. Boxes (for express and overnight shipments)
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Countries where our products are prohibited or restricted
  • Addresses that cannot be verified

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in the carrier's possession.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only modify addresses for orders that have not yet been processed. Once an order has shipped, address changes are not possible.
