At Peak Revival Plus™, we are committed to providing high-quality research peptides and compounds. Due to the sensitive nature of our products and strict quality control requirements, we have established the following return and refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
General Policy
Important: Due to the nature of research chemicals and the inability to verify product integrity once shipped, all sales are generally considered final. We cannot accept returns on products that have left our facility for safety and quality assurance reasons.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
We will provide a full refund or replacement in the following situations:
Damaged Products
Products that arrive damaged, broken, or compromised during shipping. Photo documentation required within 48 hours of delivery.
Incorrect Items
If you receive a product different from what you ordered. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the received item.
Missing Items
If items are missing from your order. Report within 48 hours of delivery.
Quality Issues
Products that do not meet our stated purity specifications. Must be verified through third-party testing with documentation provided.
Lost Packages
Orders confirmed lost by the carrier. We will reship or refund after carrier investigation is complete.
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds and returns are NOT available in the following situations:
Change of Mind
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the product.
Opened or Used Products
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delivery Delays
Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Late Claims
Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery confirmation.
How to Request a Refund

Provide Documentation
Include clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product, packaging, and shipping label.
Wait for Review
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and contact you with a resolution.
Receive Resolution
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Replacements are shipped within 1-2 business days of approval.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
