Tracking Your Order
Order Status
After placing your order, you can track its status in several ways:
- Order Confirmation Email: Contains your order number and initial status
- Account Dashboard: Log in to view all your orders and their current status
- Tracking Page: Visit our Track Order page with your order number
Order Statuses
- Pending: Order received, awaiting processing
- Processing: Order is being prepared for shipment
- Shipped: Order has been dispatched with tracking
- Delivered: Order has been delivered
Tracking Number
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website.
Shipping Timeline
- Orders placed before 12 PM PST ship same day (Mon-Fri)
- Standard delivery is 2 business days once shipped
- Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear
If your tracking hasn't updated in 3+ days, please contact support.
